SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number or requesting service, you agree to receive text messages from ModelK Automation related to missed-call follow-up, service inquiries, appointment coordination, and customer support.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

No Guarantee of Results

ModelK Automation does not guarantee lead conversion, revenue, sales, booked jobs, customer responses, or business outcomes. Automation can support communication workflows, but results depend on many factors outside our control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, responding to their own customers in a timely manner, complying with applicable laws, and using the service appropriately.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but availability may be affected by telephony providers, messaging providers, internet service, software platforms, maintenance, carrier filtering, or events outside our control.

Limitation of Liability
