WORKFLOW KIT · IN PREPARATION

A clearer home for
accreditation evidence.

A preview of Matt’s accreditation workflow: organized folders, reusable skills, and a documentation assistant.

What the kit is intended to include

  • A reusable Google Drive folder structure for organizing evidence.
  • Claude Code skills to support the documentation workflow.
  • A Claude artifact to help organize documentation for Jetpack.
  • A walkthrough connecting the pieces into a repeatable process.

Start with the organizing approach

  1. Map the requirements. Use the current standards supplied by your accrediting body.
  2. Give each piece of evidence a home. Choose consistent folder and file names.
  3. Track the gaps. Note the requirement, evidence owner, review status, and next action.
  4. Review before submission. Check the source documents, permissions, and final destination yourself.

What is ready today?

The underlying setup comes from Matt’s own accreditation work. The shareable package, installation instructions, compatibility details, and pricing have not been finalized. This page describes the approach; it does not provide a download or Jetpack integration.

The specific accrediting organization name and applicable standards will be confirmed before the kit is published. This is an independent workflow resource; no accrediting-body endorsement is claimed.
